Since 2018, on the initiative of Città della Terra Cruda, a project to promote the town has been taking shape in Pabillonis, one that weaves together memory and innovation: Pingiadas – Exhibition of Functional Ceramics, an exhibition dedicated to the revival of the tradition of terracotta cookware, reinterpreted with a contemporary perspective.

Through research, training, design, and production, Pingiadas explores the role of functional ceramics in contemporary society, highlighting their value as cultural heritage, an everyday practice, and a field of experimentation capable of generating innovation.
